For an inner wall TV mount, you’ll need to find the studs and probably bridge two of them for a secure mount. Inner walls are normally hollow and the wallboard 1/4” thick luan. Outer walls might be 1.5” thick with a foam core, but won’t take much weight unless you find the aluminum studs to bridge across. Personally, I would not mount a TV on an outer wall.
