    2010 Bighorn plumbing picture

Getting ready for a beach trip in March. I still haven't found a good picture of the plumbing valve setup on my Big Horn. Can you please take a picture of your valve setup so I can verify mine. Really would appreciate it. Thanks Terry

    2010 Bighorn plumbing picture

2010 35' Bighorn. Had a water leak behind the valves. Removed the panel to expose the backside of the valves in the storage area. One of the PVC elbows cracked. A buddy helped me take things off and rig a plug up to stop it up until we got home. Now I'm not sure how all the hoses, hot, cold...

    2010 landing gears won't move

Thanks TrailCreek, I found my problem. The fuse checked out good the numerous times I checked it. The problem was not a good contact. I had to bend the fuse contacts to get good contact. Spent hours trying to run down the problem. Thanks again TrailCreek.. Terry

    2010 landing gears won't move

34 ft 2010 Big Horn 3 slides owned since new. Front landing gear won't go up or down. Seemed to work only while connected to the truck wiring. On the last trip I thought it was the fuse was a little loose and not making contact. Checked that out and that appears to be fine. Is there a reset...

    Battery life

My 2010 Bighorn has the 2 original 12 volt batteries. This spring is the first time they seem weak, wouldn't put out slides when not plugged in. I can't believe they have lasted this long. We have always kept the RV plugged into an outlet in the shop when not in use. I'm shopping new...

Ford 6.7 DEF reductant heater increased warranty coverage

Received a call from the ford dealer saying the 2016 models will now be covered for the DEF. Took my truck in 5 months ago for the def code and it cost me $1000. Manager said normal cost would have been $2400 but since my milage was only 14000 miles they would fix it for the $1000. Just...

    Bypass valve knobs

Bighorn 2010 5th wheel. Both red plastic bypass valve knobs for winterization are cracked and don't make the full quarter turn. Has anyone come up with a knob that will work on these valves. Seems things are now going out. Thanks T

    Grey water valve not opening

Thanks Dan for the reply. I've been researching this issue for the last hour. It feels to me like the cable came our of the set screw. I really don't want to take off the under belly while on the road so I'll use the shower sparingly and haul with the tank partly full. I wanted to make sure...

    Grey water valve not opening

Bighorn 2010 5th wheel. Camping at Depoe Bay Oregon. Go to dump and the shower water valve doesn't seem to open. Pull the cable lever and nothing. It appears that the valves are under a covered area that has to be removed. I don't want to get into anything major while on the road but any...

2010 3055 with Apollo Halftime oven. Somehow we lost the glass tray and the roller that it sits on. I've been researching it and was told that several makes will fit it. Sharp was one mentioned. Can someone please measure their glass tray and the roller and reply so I can buy one on E Bay...

    Fireplace flame

Getting Bighorn repaired after electrician put in a 220 v plug and fried half the RV. I swear the fireplace flame is different but the dealer said it is OK. The flame control slows the flicker but the flame sure looks a lot higher and doesn't look natural. Can someone tell me how far their...

    Electrical problem

Had an RV garage built for my Bighorn. The electrician said he would put a 50 amp service in. Put the 5th wheel in and noticed the plug was a common 30 amp plug 3 prong, so I used the adaptor. The Half time over/ microwave started to hum. Long story short I think 220 volts went into the rig...
