I had custom ones made for my Landmark. They side into a track and snap over the edge of the slide out. They are great no water build up and no wind noise. I even made an edge for a rain gutter out of L shape thin aluminum. Very easy to install just need a step ladder.
My Landmark almost burnt while I was in bed the wire the the front side of the bed was way to short and when the slide moved in and out it wore though the wire. It started smoking one night while we were in bad. Scared the **** out of me. Fixed it with a longer wire. Heartland must have saved...
My Landmark had roof damage in a storm so insurance company paid for a new roof. Repair company told me the the roofing was hardly tack down from the factory no excuse for a camper that cost that much money.
My Landmark did the same thing. I found that the factory puts the screws in with a gun and overtightens them. When I replaced them with new fenders I put the screws in by hand screwdriver no problem and have been that way for two years
I have the same problem, was on white or a long time now it is on red and blue together and can't get it back to white. Never take it to CW they are so bad.
I had that same problem with my old Cedar Creek because the frig was on a slide and was in the sun all day. Go to Wal Mart and get a small elec fan put it on the bottom and plug it in with the frig let it run 24/7 problem solved
From what I have been reading and talking to Heartland owners Heartland has no quality control what so ever. So sad with the money being spent by campers.
