I bet. your fitting is broken. For some reason Heartland doesn't use a flexible fitting in the top of their tanks. All mine broke within a year of owning the unit. I replaced mine with a rubber coupler and good quality fitting. These tanks flex a lot when they get full !

My money is on the pump. When you open one more tap it kicks into high flow and works fine. Other times the taps work fine and then the next minute not so much. Im sure this is a Sureflo deal. Any other better pumps out there ? Cheers

I was pretty surprised to see Dynamic call me and arrange for the shipping of tire back to them today. That was only 2 says later. I'm still in doubt that anything will be done about my situation. Will be interesting for sure.
