Any one have issues with the salon style dinette vinyl peeling apart? Any ideas on who can recover these? Or what the warranty is?

Pulled the ultimate out today to get ready for the summer and noticed these cracks in the corners above the bunkhouse slides. Anyone else have this issue? Seems like a structural flexing issue. Since both are in the same spot at the same time.

Ok dropped it off at the dealer for repairs from the blowout. He calls me today to let me know my brakes are worn out!! They want $1300 to replace them I priced the complete assembly it would be less than $300 no more road time than this thing has it has been a pain.

I purchased the camper new never used and I have never removed the wheels or any lug nuts. How do you know the shell didn't crack when we had to use 2 men and a cheater on the 4 way to remove the lug nut? I am planning to upgrade lug nuts and I will be switching to 14 ply tires. No one I talk to...
Well we made it to the campground limping along. The tire service center showed up this morning to replace all 4 tires with new ones and much to my surprise I see more heartland quality control issues. 1 lug stud was cross threaded from the factory. And 2 of the wheels are missing the grease...
They were both on the same axle but different sides. Tires had less than 3500 miles on them and were about 3 years old

Checked the air in all 4 and inspected them before we pulled out. We made it 20 miles from the house when the first 1 let go. The tire service center and I both checked the remaining 3 and the spare they had the correct air pressure and no signs of any issues. We made about 15 miles down the...
I just want the ac to have more precise temperature control than the manual dial. I was thinking of the dometic dual zone control thermostat. I was told the nest style thermostats wouldn't work without a bunch of hassle.

I am wanting to convert the front Dometic ac in my Elkridge 37 Ultimate from manual controls to the remote thermostat. Has anyone done this and what is involved?

I am not sure about the pioneer but on my Eldridge 37 ultimate the handle for the gray tank is on the right and the black tank is on the left. The T handle for the gray water tank is also molded in gray plastic.

Let me know if you get any answers. I also think I have an ac issue since I can feel a vibration when my compressor is running. I don't feel it in my bedroom ac. We already replaced the bedroom ac due to loss of freon.

I haven't really pushed the issue I wanted to give the service department a chance at fixing it first but if they can't I plan on calling heartland directly for answers

We have the same airflow issue with our 37 ultimate we have little to no airflow from the ducts on the off door side of the Rv but good flow from the ducts in the 1/2 bath and the door side duct in the bunk room. We took the unit in for warranty work and the service department installed a baffle...
My bedroom ac lost all of its freon on our second trip with our new camper. Dometic replaced the unit under warranty now my main unit isn't cooling and my Dometic power awning won't move it just clicks. I am not real impressed with dometic products either. Luckily I am still covered by the...
