it started leaking when the rubber roof started coming out from under the A/C unit, im not saying the A/C unit was installed wrong im saying the roof was installed wrong.

I sent an email with pics and talked to them on the phone, and they are telling me that theres nothing wrong with the way the cut was performed!! Yes thats what he told me! Thought Heartland would stand behind there product!!
Well just as I thought HeartLand is not going to help out with the Roof they are saying theres nothing wrong with the roof, that the A/C unit must have came loose to allow the roof to move out from under the unit..Im going to post some pics and yall can tell me what yall think

ok I had not ran my furnace since hooking up my hunter, I ran it this weekend and the A/C and the furnace kicked on at the same time, if I lower the temp setting the A/C will turn off, and I can turn the temp setting back up but the furnace will not turn off, am I missing something here?

this is mine its a 44155c model I just went back and swapped the yellow wire from the Y/O to the Y1 and it seems to be working like that..in the manual for the hunter it says that the Y/O is for the cool compressor and the Y1 is for the heat pump comressor...go figure I can't run the A/C long...
