    Cyclone 4100K - My experience

We went thru a lot with our 3410 as well. Heartland worked with us to resolve all of the issues and I corrected some myself. Keep in mind, it's built in less than a week or so. Granted some of the defects should have been avoided if the QA process worked for Heartland or if it exists. We had...

    Our Saga

Just a quick update, nearly everything is now repaired and HL has agreed to the hours of labor Pikes Peak Travelland was asking for to repair the front skin. Now it's just a matter on waiting for the parts to come in. Still no update on the crooked wall but I can't see HL not offering to cover...

    Only thing I didn't check

Thank you Brad and yes, I'm coming to that realization as well. Bugs and wear and trear are acceptable, happens with anything with moving parts.

@ Jayc - We would love to if it is when we will be in the area. As it stands we will be in Port Aranas Oct 21st - Nov 3rd and then in San Antonio at Lackland AFB Nov 4th - Nov 12th. We are also trying to figure out a way to go to the ralley at Fort Collins next month, problem is September is the...

@Erika - Wifes name is "Kum" not "Kim" but that is a common thing, folks think I misspell her name, I'd get railed if I did that. :) Your statement on perception is spot on. It is exactly why we were not so much frustrated but disappointed. It is good that the dealer is working hard to rectify...

All I can say is Kudo's to Pikes Peak Travel Land. Yes things are getting corrected, my main point of contention is, most of these items should have been caught at a QC. Fixing things done wrong after the fact is acceptable but it would seem the proper thing to do would be to catch these types...

    Our Saga

So I honestly hate having to come here and vent but I can’t seem to get across to Heartland CS how disappointed we are with the coach we purchased. We upgraded from a Arctic Fox 1150 to a 5th wheel because we wanted the comfort it afforded. We went with the Big Country 3250TS because we really...

    Only thing I didn't check

I wish they would have QC'd our 3250TS. Staples sticking out of the wood, trim coming apart, slides out of adjustment, doors damaged in the kitchen and bathroom, sealant missing, decals peeling and now it seems to have some structural issue that I will be briefed on tomorrow by the guys at Pikes...

Towing Fifth Wheel in the wind?

Pulling our “Brand New” 3250TS from Cody to Colorado Springs a few days ago we hit crosswinds in excess of 40+ mph on I25. My MPG dropped from 11.8 to 8 quickly. I tow with a 08 Ford DRW F350 and rarely did we actually "feel" the wind. We saw the wind hit our mpg. Tow speed was between 55 - 60...

    Headed to Wapiti Campground WY

We are planning on attending the event at Fort Collins and I love the pic of the sheep. We may just look you guys up Dave & Amy. This is all new to us so we are a bit excited and yes, we will absolutly enjoy the added space. :) The AF 1150 was nice but it was like living in a matchbox after...

    Headed to Wapiti Campground WY

Our first camping experince in our new BC 3250TS. We will be there from the 22nd to the 28th. Wife and I are moving up from a AF 1150 slide-in camper. I think we will enjoy the living space upgrade alot along with all of the other changes. I noticed the place nearly filled up within 48hrs of...
