I came home tonight turned lights on in the off door slide (12v) DEAD checked the fuses, they were all good, the reading lightd and the overhead 12v are all dead. power at fuse panel ok, has any one else had this problem? any ideas where to start looking? thanks any help would be apreciated...

I,d like to say what a bunch of great people on this forum. We have a love hate relationship with our 2008 3400re big horn. We know all rv,s have issues, we had ours like alot of you, we were going to buy a new landmark but following this forum has convinced us there are still to many problems...

I beleive you can put in a coleman ac in your bed room without any problems, we have the small coleman and don,t have any problems. the coleman draws a lot less amps, you just have to be a little carefull but it works for us and it will get you through the hot days. I beleive ours is a 9000...

When I put my front jacks down they make a clicking noise, also the drive motor seems lose? I didn,t see any where to tighten it. If anyone can help I,d appreciate any help I can get. Thanks Jim Thomas:confused:

Vent,s What I did with my unit, I went to my local lumber yard and purchased 2inch vents that use on house eves, I put 3 rows of vents 4 in a row this really seem to do the job! I used 2 inch hole saw driil. hope this helps Jim Thomas

I stay at a campground with a 30 amp campground also. I did some research and discovered the colemam draws a lot less amps, it worked out great. purchased at camping world. hope this helps. Jim Thomas

Has anyone had there black coating under there bedroom slide peel off ? mine is peeling where both the nylon roolers run, this black material is very britle and flakes off easily. I tried duct tape but it caught on the nylon roolers and peels off.Any help would be appreciated ! Thanks Jim...

I was aware of the problem also, my frame had burs also it only took a few minutes to file down burs then i wraped them with a hd tape. i know this isn,t our fault but it is easy fix,used ours for two years works great.this was a lot easyer then the grief. good luck hope this helps. jim thomas

I have the ride rite for about two years on my 3500 one ton diesel 3500 dodge. I noticed a little stiffer ride even with the bags set at min.of 5 lbs. I bought the ride rite because they use goodyear bags, I also put on the auto level always sets the the same even with my 3400 re hooked up...

Just returned from 2700 hundred mile trip from disney with our 2008 3400-re. big horn, ran 95lb cold in my goldway tires no problem I bought a hand held thermoter tires got up to 115 -120 degree on sun side of road. Trip was great no problems with trailer. Blew my intercooler on my 2005...

I have the BD brake, i,m very pleased Iwas told that the chrysler brake on pre 07 dodge,s is very weak. I also tried out the new 07 exaust brake it is awesome. very strong! When i had my BD installed I paid 1400 total about four months ago. Hope this helps I also have 05 3500 dodge Jim Thomas

It,s finally home 800 miles each way, traded my 2001 montana rv in lakeshore rv in mich. treated us very wheel. Picked up my 2008 3400 RE towed very nice. Averaged 12.5 miles per gal. average speed was 62-65 2005 3500 srw dodge, edge chip 4in exhaust (are) air system and BD exhaust brake...

The dealer that i,m ordering my 3400 re from says that i,d be wasting my money on dual paine windows, because there are framed in alluin. and that conducts the cold. also he says the air space is so little it doesn,t help. :confused: any body whith these windows or any feedback i,d appreciate...
