Need help in understanding why a 3500 Dodge with 3.73 gear ratio has a tow limit of 13,500 lbs and the same truck with the same suspension. tires and etc with a 4.10 gear ratio has a tow limit of 16,500 lbs. Can somebody explain to me in very simple terms why this the case:confused:

Have anyone heard who is the manufacture of Mission Tires. My 3400RE came with ST235/80R/16E. Cannot find anything on the internet about the maker of these tires. Yes they are made in China, but there must be a distributor in the US.

After reading the problem with Chinese tires. I guess I will consider the Tire Choice Road Hazard Plan . This plan indicates it will replace a tire for blow outs and flats. Anybody has experience with this type of plan?
