It's out of warranty by 3 weeks & they probably won't cover it. Disappointing to say the least, these units are too much money to have this happen so soon. That slide has probably been opened & cosed 4 or 5 times. 6 max. Sent from my SM-N910P using Tapatalk

The plastic covering along the underside edge of slide is ripping exposing wood. We can't pull the slide in without doing further damage. Not sure if it's ripping on the way in or out. Will call factory tomorrow, wondering if anyone else has had issues. Sent from my SM-N910P using Tapatalk

Saw a beautiful Bighorn on Route 2 going west in the Shelburne area! Now I know what we look like going down the road in our new Bighorn!!!!!

I will take a picture this weekend. But I will try to describe better. The wall behind the toilet is flat, to the left of that, it angles, then straightens out(wall alongside hallway). The back of the toilet hits the angled part so when you lift it up, it doesn't go flat against the back...

Just picked up our 2015 Bighorn 3010E last Monday! LO I except the toilet lid and seat hit the back wall and don't stay up. They sit at an angle! Any ideas how to fix this???? Heartland wasn't much help!!!!

Hi! We picked up our Bighorn 3010RE last week and love it! It's a big change for us, we had a small fifth wheel and a motorhome with no slides, so, the BH is much roomier for us! We are in Massachusetts and are seasonal campers!! Sheila& George
