I have Pioneer RB-220 at dealers right now, so I can't measure....can you tell me if the PEX hose (freshwater drain on tank) is half-inch or 3/4"?

Remember....when using Heartland 'dealer locator' for the Pioneer model, the only dealers coming up are Camping Worlds'. After our current situation is remedied, I may petition Heartland for a dealer who will work on Pioneers. We do have trips scheduled...hoping this issue can be solved in...

I'm giving CW one more day, then will call Ryan (the chief at Pioneer sales) at Heartland, as he requested here in this Heartland forum thread if I felt I should. CW has now had my Pioneer for 14 days...and as of this morning, had NOT turned ANYTHING in to Heartland for warranty repair...

Took it to Camping World SIX DAYS ago; went over all the issues with a service man, stood there as he entered everything into their computer, and walked with him through the camper, examining and pointing out, touching & rubbing each and every issue. He told me he would call by Friday (today)...

I would assume that 'back flow out of the toilet into the RV' would only happen if (while black tank valve closed) when the black tank got full---and you kept on filling the black tank flush, right???

All the wheels are in motion for a resolution on my issues, folks... I will update here in a few days. Meantime, know that Heartland stands behind me, and Camping World says they will tske care of me...

Brand new 2016 Heartland RB220. This is inexcusable for a new roof!!!! It looks like bits of construction debris---or screws are poking up through the rubber membrane---and look how filthy and stained this is! Two weeks old!!! Thw slightest pressure on whatever is poking up will cause it...

I can press in on these 'bulges' and they flex as if 'bubbled up' away from the inner framework. Brand new from Camping World--noticed this as soon as we brought the Pioneer home: surely not water damage?????

Re: Fabric hanging, wiring & flooring exposed 90 miles from the CW.....two hour tow 😅 - - - Updated - - - I pointed that out to them and they added ONE screw in, and daid it didn't matter, rain woukdnt get in.

Took it in to Camping World and they couldn't do anything without first contacting Heartland (that took two hours). We were there six and a half hours....and when we got home discovered they had kept our wheel chocks, and the fabric still had a hole in it that I hadn't noticed! 😂

Obvious that no dealer inspection was done---and we would not have noticed it without running hands/fingers underneath😞

"Tent fabric" between chassis and plating across entire front of my new Pioneer hangs down, flaps while driving---some holes appear worn into fabric revealing wires & floor OSB. Is this normal? Am thinking water can easily get in during rain while driving!Brand new RB220 from camping world 6...

Yeah the blue pouch and manual. I see the torque now, but nothing on socket size. Odd the manual says 120 when the tech told me 95 to 120 (I asked him if 100 would be good and he said yes).

I couldn't find lug nut torque OR nut socket size on anything in my RB220 factory or Camping World-provided documentation. As usual, a call to Heartland got me results: 15/16ths socket size and 100 lbs torque. This is basic stuff and should be included "s-o-m-e-w-h-e-r-e" on a sheet of...

Ours are powered jacks...

I called Heartland, he said it was welded on---and if I had it removed, would have to re-mount the stab jacks. 😞 so I live with the rack, and the fact that the rear stab jacks (as mounted on bottom of bike rack frame) are LOWER than the jacks of my former Rpod without risers 😁

Contacted Formula 409 and the tech told me their disinfectant spray is safe in ABS plastic....so that's what we will use 😀

Wife just discovered that every cleaner we used to use on our RPOD's plastic sink & toilet is NOT recommended for use on on the Pioneer's ABS plastic sink and shower surroun. Searching online for 'ABS disinfectant cleaners' etc etc comes up with only hospital instrument sterilization...

I need to remove the built-in slide-out bike rack on my Pioneer RV220...if it will gain me a few hundred pounds in trailer load capacity. Can it be just "unbolted" or is it welded to the frame? Would removing it change WDH mounting?

Am I correct to assume that the black tank release is on the left...and gray on the right (2016 Heartland Pioneer RB220)?

Thanks, Dan....I figured out the cabinet rails, must be the 95 degrees inside that made the old brain work! I am familiar and have experience sanitizing my system with the bleach mixture...but was wondering if bleach would create a problem in an aluminum (vs my old Rpod's steel) water tank?

Need info on the Atwood water heater plastic plug--what size socket do I get to remove it?...and can I use bleach to sanitize the water heater (I did with a steel tank), or do I need to use vinegar. Please assist this Heartland newbie:confused: I'm a former Rpod owner, bought the Pioneer RB220...
