12 volt accessory outlets, gone or missing?

Where did they go?

My 2008 Sundance 5th wheel, model 2998RB has none!! Purchased new 3 weeks ago.

Is this right?

Shouldnt I have a few of these through out the unit??

Now what?

I need these outlets.

Anyone have this same situation?

HELP!!!

My Grandsons are going to very angry with me.

I just bought a 2009 Landmark Augusta. The manual says the 12v outlets are both inside and outside the coach. I couldn't find either one.
Did I miss them too?

2009 Sundance 2900MK, no outlet on this vehicle as well.

Our 09 3490BHS also does not have one the 08 models did, we had our dealer install 1 in the rear bunk area, 1 paid for 1 hour labour and the dealer backcharged Heartland for the aditional 2 hours to install.
