2005 Heartland Mallard 240BH AC

So looking at a used heartland mallard 240BH. It is no AC on it but owner says it’s wired and has a spot set out for it. Wondering do they typically do this from factory just so you can drop a new one in? Also what size and type of AC should I be looking at to price out?

I don't anything about Mallard, but do that on pop-up campers some come with the AC and some come wired for it.
