2015 Big Horn Door Side rear level up won't extend

Friend we're camping with this weekend went to setup today. Hit the auto level front to back works fine. The Door Side believe can hear the motor running but they won't extend. Tried to manual level no luck. Hope someone has an idea.

If neither of the rear doorside jacks move, the valve is not opening. 1) check for loose wires at the pump and at the valve, 2) open the valve manually with an Allen wrench and operate the leveling control manually to extend and retract. Then close the valve with the Allen wrench and see if the problem is resolved.
