? About lippert frame and suspension-cyclone

So my cyclone has lippert axles on it. I have a service manual on the trailer axle operation and service manual. The question I have is does this mean I have a frame from lippert as well as the spring? I am researching putting on 7 leaf springs rated at 8k lbs vs 7k lbs. I think this might apply.

What I'm really after is actual size so I can replace with a better brand like another poster did.

Also maybe some one knows this but is the axles keyed to the springs for the alignment?

Yes the frame is Lipert, 8K springs are 26 in long, 24 7/8in eye to eye, 1 3/4 in wide and 7 leaf. Center bolt on the spring keys to the axel.
