After spend 3 weeks in our new BH 3160 we decided to clean all the saw dust out of the unit. The worst was in the return ducts of both ACs. The one over the TV was 1/3 blocked with wood chips and dust. Under the bed was another bad area. Our 2010 BH was the same. I would think Heartland could afford a couple of air hoses to eliminate this problem. LOVE our new BH

I agree. Our BH 37SS had the built in vacuum cavity full of saw dust. We also get a dusting around the counters and end stands of the couch whenever we stop. Maybe they should have a place for some of us users to QC for a camp spot.

This was one of my biggest complaints. All of the furnace vents were full of saw dust and it took several cleanings after using the furnace to get it all out. Some became glued to the bottom of the vent because of glue they used for something. Heartland has good products but sometime the QC sucks.
