Battery not charging 2017 3750FL

2017 3750FL Bighorn. Replaced with 2 New charged marine/rv batteries. Still no lights and generator won’t start. Put original battery back in, generator starts. Display on tank monitor shows 4 lights with generator running, no lights when off. Automatic leveler display shows battery at 12.2 down from 12.44 last night. Turned all breakers off and on. Don’t understand why 2 new batteries won’t supply any power and yes they are charged. Sitting in VFW parking lot in Carlsbad NM , any thoughts??? TKS found converter, all 3 fuse look good

The output of the Power Converter goes to both the interior fuse box and to the batteries to keep them charged. The same wire that is used to charge the battery also feeds power from the battery to the interior fuse box.

There is a 12V DC mini-circuit breaker near the batteries that has tripped and needs to be manually reset. Looks for a group of breakers covered by a red rubber boot. One of the breakers with thick wires attached will have a teeny tiny reset button on the end. After pushing that reset button, if on generator power or shore power, the auto-level display will show 13.2-13.6V DC.

For more information on this and more, take a look at our owner-written Electrical User Guide.
