BC3596RE front A/C issue

Our Big Country front A/C unit does not shut off after the bedroom is at the proper temp. The compressor shuts down but the fan continues to run.

I was told by the sales people that the front thermostat not only controls the bedroom cooling but also during heating season it can be used to control (increase/decrease) the coach temp without having to change the temp at the main thermostat. I would like to disable this and replace with a Hunter digital, but I am not sure how to wire it.

Any help will be greatly appreciated.

Depending on what thermostat you have there may be a fan switch or setting on it.
You should be able to set the fan to either "run" or "auto". You will want to select "auto".
If you look at the top of the page you will see a "WIKI" button. Click on it.
Then scroll down a bit and select "Index of How-To's".
Look for "Thermostat". Click that.
You will find thermostat information there.

Peace
Dave
