Blueberry Layer Cake
1 can Blueberry Pie filling
1 large Cool Whip
1 8oz Cream Cheese (soften)
1 stick Butter (soften)
½ to 1 cup confectioners sugar
Bake cake mix as directed using two 9” round pans (divide mix ½ & ½ in each). Cool, cut each in half making four 9” rounds.
Cream the butter & cream cheese together, add cool whip then confectioners sugar.
Spread frosting on each layer adding blueberry topping on each while stacking the four layers. Add final blueberry filling to the top letting some run down sides for visual effects.
