Flipped Off Roller

I had this roller jump out from under the kitchen slide just as we were going out for a weekend trip. It is on our Big Horn Traveler 37SS. Also have a king bed lift arm completely come loose from under the bed. Is this a sign of things to come? Has anyone else had the rollers come off?
