Float Charger

Since we are getting into that awful time of the year for some of us (winterization time. *YUCK*) I thought I would share this with my fellow Heartland owners. It's a decent little 12v "Float Charger". Won't bring back a discharged battery, but works as advertised. For "Wet" batteries only.

I don't keep my toy hauler plugged in when It's winterized, because it's stored outside. If you keep yours plugged in disregard.

This unit looks exactly like the ones I bought thru harbor freight. I also paid like $5 for it on sale. They work, but last winter it boiled my battery dry. Now the $40 battery tender jr...... brand unit did not so this.

This is part of the reason why the Progressive Dynamics PD9200 converter/chargers cost $250 and your float charger can be had for $5.
