Reclining couch with cupholders and usb ports, 12 cu ft fridge, stainless appliances, residential microwave, gas oven w/range, JBL stereo system, night shades, LED lights, upgraded RV king bed with tilt system, full close in bedroom, washer/dryer prep, 3 AC (1 with heat strip in garage), 50 amp service, electric power awning, outside shower, 30 gallon fuel station, Onan generator (5.5 kw), 6 pt electric leveling system at the push of one button, twin propane tanks, water heater is electric & gas, insulated underbelly to keep pipes from freezing, several storage doors with slam latches, side solar prepped, rear and front marker light cameras with large viewing monitor for vehicle, 8' ramp door into garage, 13' garage (we have a 2021 Polaris Turbo S 4 and it fits perfectly), tie downs on garage floor, 1/2 bath in garage, door ramp includes full patio system.
