You call Heartland Customer Service at 877-262-8032 / 574-262-8030. Have your VIN # ready.
You'll also make better progress on that call if you take clear pictures ahead of time and are prepared to email them.
You'll want pictures taken from the side, ideally with the camera on a fixed object so each picture is from the same reference point.
Take a picture with the trailer weight on the front landing gear. Take another with the weight on the hitch. If you have frame flex, the photos will show the front of the trailer lifting up and probably separating a bit at the seams.
Placing a ruler at the seam that's separating would probably be helpful to show the amount of separation. If you can't find a ruler, tape a coin to the side for reference.
