fresh water tank pump switch

My 2016 Bighorn 3875fb has a bank of switches in the front closet, my fresh water tank pump switch has failed, the switch is easily accessed yet I can't figure out how to get the old switch out without damaging the switch bank receiver. The switched seems to be glued in.??

The switch plate has a top that you have to remove. Here is a three switch plate that shows enough that it should be self evident on how it comes apart weather it is a single, double, triple, etc..

Thanks, but thats not the issue the entire switch plate can be easily removed to access the switches, its how to get the actual switch out of the plate that confuses me. Have you actually pulled one switch out and replaced it with a new one?
