Garden State Parkway clearance question

Our friends have a Landmark that is 13'3". They are concerned about bridge clearances in North Jersey on the parkway. I know we negotiated the Oranges in the middle lane at 13'1" but he is higher. Has Anyone negotiated that area over our height?

He may have to resort to follow the semi's rule. Many Parkways were designed to keep large profile vehicles off of them by use of low overheads. Since he's not taller than 13"6" if a semi fits so will he. Don't know where your trying to get to but If he's 13'3" he's probably safest following the truck route.

The Garden State Parkway in the northern section is Commercial restricted. If you have a pick up with commercial tags you can't travel up there. I believe he will be fine but.....287 would be the alternate route. We have traveled both routes and although the Parkway is the more direct route, 287 is certainly more comfortable.
