Hawk Exterior Porch Light

Has anyone ever had to replace the gasket on their porch light? Mine is all cracked and weathered and it is split at the bottom and was hanging out. One option I saw was buying a whole new light on the Internet for $25. I am going to try calling ITC and see if they sell just gaskets. Any other solutions?

RV'ers GOOP??? (Elastometric adhesive just like Shoe GOO, available in RVing automotive section at WalMart.) It pulls off easily when you want it to.

Never tried that before. I'm going to though since I don't want any water getting through the gasket.
