Thanks Duane for bringing this to our attention. Personally, I will never ever buy from Goodyear Tire again. I strongly feel that their executives and lawyers involved in this should be held criminally liable for ALL of those injuries. I'll stop this rant before my blood pressure gets off of the scale.

I cannot imagine they ever made enough selling that tire to cover their legal costs at this point. Seems the smarter thing to do if you want to do a cover up is to quietly retool the tire to be safe or discontinue it because they made a "better" tire.
