Hey all new to the page! Just got a new 3855 and love it. But i cant get my jacks to turn on any ideas ???? Thanks

Hi schoonover, Welcome to the Heartland Forum & Family. Could you be a bit more specific? Are you talking about the rear stabilizer jacks or the front landing legs? Do you have a remote control FOB. Our trailer is old school so I'm not too familiar with the newer units but that Key FOB operates a lot of things, jacks included I think.

If the front jacks were run up too high it blew the 30 amp inline fuze by the battery...

If you run the jacks up a little too long after they are retracted the 30 amp fuse will blow. It is located by the battery and has a red cover over it. There is a small button you have to push which is on the side and it will reset the fuse. Hope this helps.
