Used vinyl fence post with no drilling of frame (used existing mount holes for outriggers). Caps have "U" shaped steel brackets with pin positioned between two holes drilled in the brackets. Small bolts have elastic acorn nuts and fence post is secured to square tubing with two carriage bolts and elastic acorn nuts. Perfect fit for the ladder and, if you're really worried about theft, you can label the tube "sewer hose"...
