Need help with light fixture

One of my circular light fixtures in the living room of my Bighorn has come loose from the ceiling (see picture). We have tried Crazy Glue, a bunch of different types of tape, a little silicone, etc. to try to hold it back in place, but nothing is working. Any suggestions?

Are these held in place by large spring clips? If one of them missing, maybe it fell off inside the ceiling and can be retrieved.

Looks like your missing a spring as Dan says.
