Did a thread search and didn't come up with anything specific though I may not be using the proper key words.
What I'm wondering is if anyone has installed an on demand tank directly under the kitchen sink. The reason is the pump is way up front - and the kitchen sink is 3/4 of the way back in the unit so I'm having to run about a gallon of cold water before I get warm (to instantly hot) water and that's a pretty big waste of water. It doesn't matter if its on propane or electric, the distance is the issue and I've tried to reach those pipes to insulate them but can't due to the frame drop.
So, has anyone installed a smaller HWOD ventless tank under their kitchen sink and what were the outcomes?
