outside compartment light switch

The outside compartment light switch of my 2021 Big Country Heartland will not turn both lights on. Does anyone here know if there is a master switch elsewhere that I havent been ablet to find.

On some models there is a switch near the door as well as a switch on the light fixture. Be sure both switches are in the on position.

Yes, in the front unit's compartment that is exactly the set up but inside the side compartment there are only two lights and these are the ones not turning on w no other master switch nearby????
