remote comtroller

the remote controller that came with our unit does not work. It say I have to hold it close to the receiver to get it to functio0n. Its supposed to operate the slides etc remotely. No one has been able to tell me where the control module for it is located, even the factory. I have a 2013 3370RK. Any help would be appreciated I am referring to the LCI remote

Hi retiredpilot,

The receiver is usually located behind a removable, hard to see panel in one of the kitchen cabinets. But since you have a rear kitchen floor plan, I'd suggest looking in the cabinets over the fireplace, and possibly behind the fireplace. It's probably somewhere on that wall.

Did you enter the pin to turn it on?

Ensure the remote is fully charged.
