right side of freezer not as cold

first extended trip (in Florida for winter) and noticed the freezer right side struggles to get things frozen. The
left side is ok but think the freezer unit is struggling. The interior has been set at 6 or 7 and keeps temps at 30 to 36. The ice in the freezer does stay hard.
Anyone had similar experience? IS it worth a technician visit? (I don't think so yet, but the next step would be the fridge doesn't work and crisis).

I don't have the manual handy, but I did read somewhere that the coldest area in the freezer (Norcold) would be the back left.

The Norcold freezer does take time to freeze items. Mine sits at about 16 degrees--that's cold, but not like a home freezer that normally is set at 0 or below.
