Roof problems.

Hello all I just bought a 2023 fuel 260 it has a rubber membrane for the roof. I found this when placing new vent covers over the vents it’s brand new never used yet! The roof appears to be buckleing up like if you took a piece of paper and pushed the ends together! Has anyone else had this problem? It looks like it was not right from the factory. Or wasn’t glued properly.

Photos are worth a thousand words. But the membrane is supposed to be glued down over the built up roof system. But I have seen several instances where this wasnt done properly in areas. At speeds going down the road, there will actually be a low pressure(vacum) area above that roof, causing the membrane to pull up and stretch. And in some cases rip or tear away from the mounting points.

Contact Dicor (roof membrane vendor) and Heartland service for a possible warranty claim.
