Sharp TV mounted too low

Just sorting the bugs out of our 2012 Bighorn. The TV in the living room appears to be mounted a little low (raised out of the lower cabinet). It won't pick up the remote. I am thinking it can be raised up on the bracket 1/4" or so and still close with the counter flat. there are 4 screws holding it on the bracket.

The screws are star shaped but my driver set won't work. Could they be metric?

Any help is appreciated!

Our Rushmore has the RE TV that cranks up and down. The screws are oddball - looks like Torx but I think they have an 8 point configuration. Turns out a square bit fits just fine.

Yes, they are but the set I have do not work. That is why I wondered if they could be metric.

I will try that. Very carefully, mind you. DH says if I strip it out, big trouble!
