Unbelievably Blessed!
OK, Heartland Owners, want some more tire info? Ok, then!
Just watched a 20/20 story. It seems MANY tires out there are being sold as 'brand new', when they are actually many years old - since date of manufacture. If you follow your DOT code all the way to the end, the last number is the date code. 436 would mean the 43rd week of 1996, 2304 would be the 23rd week of 2004, and so on.
It is highly recommended not to run, or buy, OR SELL, a tire over 6 years old. Many stores are out there selling NEW (OLD) tires.
Just a little info!
