Torque Specs.

What are the "FACTORY" torque specs for my 3670 with 16" rims and 110# tires. Would like it for tires, hangars, etc. Thanks, Steve

120 pounds is what I was told by the factory.

120 to 130 pounds works well for the Wheels. That is way to high for the hangers or ubolts unless you have the 9/16 inch bolts.

The torque specs per Lippert Components on the U-bolt installation is 75 ft-lbs. The hangers have a lock nut and have no torque settings, but it is recommended to have 2 threads exposed.

I believe the Lippert manual is in the tool box on the site, but don't recall. I believe the remaining running gear is less than the u-bolt torque of 65 ft lbs, however I think attaching hardware is 70 ft lbs.


I don't have my manual here but its a great source.
