Love our new 2015 Cyclone!! Lots of room for grand kids and visitors. Very disappointed in the laundry list of things that need fixing. Heartland customer service rep didn't seem surprised or apologetic about the condition of RV. I feel confident they will fix everything but it is very inconvenient to take it back and hope they get through with it before our next scheduled trip. After 2 days out in the field, here's the list:
1. Generator will not pull both a/c
2. Satellite wired wrong(fixed myself)
3. Ceiling light in master doesn't work
4. Plastic garage door sheeting too short
5. Garage awning lights very dim
6. When using DVD player in garage, can't turn off outside speakers
7. Have to turn on outside flood lights behind garage to operate DVD player
8. #1gray water, and black water low flow when dumping
9. Bottom bunk in garage support legs too short
10. Couch drawer off track/ broke
We'll see what else we find on next trip. Wish us luck!!
