Trailer Lift

Hey guys new to this site tons of help so far. Has anyone lifted there trailers using the aux. holes in the spring hangers? I want to try it but not sure the manual is no help.

Lowered mine to the bottom holes for more offroad clearance. Just need a few heavy floor jacks and jack stands.
