Any stayed at the park? We are still considering bringing the RV down for my sisters wedding in Nov. Not a lot of areas to stay. Vail and Skinner are options Elsinore is not very friendly on the phone.

If there is another option we'd love to hear.

Bob (Bob&Patty) knows the area well and has had a couple rallies at this CG. He'll likely see this post tonight and give you some feedback.

Bob's a great guy and has gave me plenty of help. But I figured I'd do a group post, get plenty of tips, and share the wealth.

The resorts are nice not exactly our style, but worth a look or a thought.

I have to admit we are torn between two worlds, love the open rural sites, with plugs...LOL

Jeremy, I would pick Lake Skinner. We have stayed at both. Vail is a nice park....but pricey. I think you told me you have family in Hemet...I think. Skinner is closer to Hemet. Skinner is $25 per nite + $7.00 if you make the reservation on line. Vail in the winter is about $60+ I think. Check them out on line. Sent you a PM.

Lake Skinner is nice. We have stayed there a few times. Make sure you are back by 10pm as the lock the gates.
