Waste water pipe leaking

December 2014 in St. Louis was a cold one and after wrapping the waste pipes with heat tape and insulation. The heat tape burned thru a spot on the gray tank waste pipe and it needs to be replaced. We called a mobile repair tech to replace it and he informed us that it requires special glue and he was unable to perform the repair. Where can we get the glue? Does Lowes or Home depot have the glue and pipe?

You might be able to repair that spot with a Fernco rubber coupling.
Any big box home building center will have them.
I have used them at home and in the RV.
Just buy the correct size for you pipe.

Exactly the way we repaired Kenny's rig at the Arkansas rally a few weeks ago. A little hard to get on, but it worked.

I second the suggested repairs. You can also use a "repair " section of pipe from Home Depot. The waste line is ABS plastic. The repair line may or may not be ABS ( can't remember ). The "repair" piece uses a screw on coupler on each end to attach to the pipe.

HD and Lowes sells ABS pipe glue. Just read the label. You could fix it with a thick piece of rubber and some hose clamps.
