    SOLD - 2008 Sundance BHS3300

Bought new, used very little. Many accessories and equipment will go with it. Kept clean and waxed. Dealer detailed prior to last use. No issues, no problems - other than can't find the time to use it. Located in TN. Will forward specs, sale sheet, pics, list of accessories, etc. as next step...

    Big Green Egg

Plate setter is a must for the best indirect cooking around, use mine more often than not. Unfortunatly a pizza stone will not work due to not holding up to the heat. It will crack. For the best steaks, go direct with the bottom and top dampers open 100%. When the temp reaches north of 800...

    Big Green Egg

Congrats Ziggy. Lovin our large one as well. Had hot wings and chicken breast today, all amazing. If you havent already found it, go to the BGE website and check out the forum; thousands of methods, recipes, pics, etc. I use two remotes to stay on top of internal meat temp and dome temp.

    Sheet metal damage

Opened the slide out on top of a low utility trailer in storage, learned the lesson about always checking for clearance first. The damage is limited to a sheet metal section just behind the white plastic fender. It appears all that is needed is to drill out some rivets and replace the small...

    Big Green Egg

Thats a good start Ray. After years of various smokers, gas and charcoal grills, etc., finally got it right and bought into this big green egg thing. Its a beast that holds heat from 200 to 800 degree f with a limited amount of lump charcoal. Great smoker, low and slow for hours without error...

    Legs troubleshoot

Tech service at Heartland said the fuse was between the switch and motor. After digging and pulling apart wires, found the tapped up fuse between the battery and the switch. Gee thanks service techs. Good to go again.

    Opinion on Sundance 5th wheel

After weeks of homework, settled on one of two models; the Sandpiper or the Montana Mountaineer. When looking at one of these for the third time, with the intent of purchasing, noticed a Sundance parked close by that we had not looked at prior because if was much less cost, about 38% less in...

    Legs troubleshoot

Finally got a chance to search for the fuse and was not in clear sight, nor felt anything like a fuse within the plastic shroud material containing the wires. Should I peel this stuff back, or is it possible it is located elsewhere?

    Legs troubleshoot

Thanks again, good description. Am learning that my shade tree mechanic ideas have no place on a camper.
