The slideout in the bedroom of our 2016 Heartland Big Country 4010RD, only pulls in on 1 side. Apparently the "column" and the cable needs to be replaced. Is the column avalible out there so we can get this repaired. If you have a suggestion of where I can get these parts, we'd appreciate it...
We bought our BC 4010 RD in 2016 and after resolving several issues that took about a nearly a year, we love it and have had no more issues since. We have traveled over 10,000 miles since and looking forward to a 5 month cross-country trip in a few weeks.
Finally have all the bugs of a new rig that we bought last year fixed. We put approximately 10,000 miles in the last 7 weeks - 22 states and 4 provinces.
Best Campground Ever. Lots of activity everyday and night in Summer months. Right on the beach and really nice water park. A little quieter in the off seasons. We like to stay here in April for a few weeks and June with Kids and Grandkids for a week each year. We might try for yearly fall trips...
Hi,
We are having the problem with our 2016 4010RD Big Country. Anderson Valve set on Normal and all faucets are off. No leaks anywhere. Pump runs intermittingly about every 10 seconds. No city water hose attached to UDC. I can hear water running through lines but - again - no running...

We just had some warranty work done on our new 4010RD Big Country bedroom AC which was leaking water on the bed and occasionally getting error code E1. Turns out the unit on the roof was not properly sealed and had some loose connections during the manufacturing. All is well now so far.
We had the same problem with our new 4010RD Big Country and used the same fix. Camping World Tech. told us that the outside collection cup was supposed to evaporate as it fills. It does not.
UPDATE: I also let the drain tube stick out the access door and this solvd the problem for me as well.
