2013 Key Largo tie down hooks in front of laundry closet?

Hey Key Largo owner's. There are two tie down floor hooks on my floorin front of the laundry closet. Are they there for the chair side table?

Yes when traveling u tie the small table there works well but make sure when u close the slide u have room for bed to go by good luck
