2900mk awning help

Hi All,Feeling pretty foolish for asking this,but I am always frustrated when I roll up our awning.I must be doing something wrong because this is our 3rd 5th wheel and never had an issue.Those familiar with the 2900mk know that the pivot points on the awning arms are located at different heights on the camper or in other words are not the same length. So ,when i retract the awning the fabric always rolls up unevenly.Our previous campers always had equally mounted arms so I never had to think about it.Thanks for the help

When you say the awning rolls up unevenly do you mean that the material walks to one side when you roll it up?
If so then maybe you just need to shift the material in the track at the top.

Dave is correct - after being extended for six months in Florida every year, we always have to slide the awning fabric an inch or two on the top rail in order for it to roll up evenly. There are screws at each end but the awning still manages to move...
