I would like to commend the Jensen folks for their prompt support regarding a post 0f just a few days ago. I didn't realize they monitored the forums. I posted regarding our TV remote that just stopped working. We did all we could think of even replaced the remote with a generic one. Nothing worked. Jensen responded to the post and I called them on Monday 3/12/12. The tech told me how to check the remote. It was broken and he offered to send one free of charge with no questions asked.
