Big Country 3965dss Furniture peeling off

Big Country 3965DSS
Hi guy's,

I've seen almost similar posts about this but feel like my question is not being addressed.

So I'm the owner of a 2018 Big Country 3965DDS I purchased this trailer brand-new mid 2019. From the start on we had huge quality issues, one of the slides (floors) rotten. Roof leaks all over, leaks in the piping and now the cherry on the pie the peeling furniture.

This trailer barely (covid and such) has been used, now the inside looks as trash. I didn't even bother to contact Heartland them selves, why would I ? With this level of quality control I guess there's no point doing so.

Does anyone know how to replace both seats (one double and a three person seater/sleeper) with exactly the same? If possible REAL leather?

Kind Regards
Alain.

If you search this forum, this issue isnt something new unfortunately. This pleather(plastic/leather) material doesnt seem to hold up with most everyone who has had it. We replaced our RV type furniture with actual real home type furniture from lazy boy, or BEST that fits in the RV's and is made a lot better. The RV furniture we took out went to the burn pile, it just wasnt worth saving.

I had a similar issue, not nearly as bad. My solution (not Happy to have to do it) but I had both the recliners and the sleeper couch recovered with quality vinyl.

I’m sorry, but the quality of their furniture is pure garbage. I have a “so called” high end Heartland trailer(Landmark) Our chairs are in horrible condition due to the poorest of quality JUNK. The plastic covering on our chairs and couch are flaking off worse than someone with bad dandruff. I will NEVER buy another product from this manufacturer. Don’t advertise a Cadillac. When all you’re really selling is a Fiat.

Furniture is made out of pleather. Looks good for a couple of years and then starts peeling. Best thing to do is junk it and go buy new furniture that fits the RV. Happens to everyone
