I feel sorry for the driver and passenger pulling the Bighorn on I-495 (Washington, DC Beltway inner loop) this morning. Followed and eventually passed them between Springfield and US50 (Merrifield area). Traffic was BRUTAL this morning. Jersey plates with black Chevy tow vehicle.
