Blinking lights on recliner chair - Non-Op

I just picked up my 2017 Bighorn Model 3890SS. I have two of the recliner chairs that have several features on them like Open, Close, Heat, Massage all operated by push buttons. When I arrived at the campsite on my shakedown cruise I put the living slide out. One of the chairs lit up and worked just great. I discovered that there others chair had come unplugged from it's receptacle. I plugged the pin connection back in but all the lights do is flash and the chair is non-op. Has anyone encountered this issue before. Any help or advice is appreciated.

There might be several plug in connections under the chair.
So I suggest that you look under the recliner for any other plug that may have come disconnected.

I took those out and put in two lazy-boys that have a handle on the side. Works every time. Check all the connections before taking it in for repairs.
